What kind of new builds are there near the beach?
Mainly two- and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses with solariums, and townhouses or bungalows in developments with pools. There are also some villas in Gran Alacant.
Which coastal area is closest to the airport?
Gran Alacant and Santa Pola, about 10–15 minutes away. A big advantage if you fly in often from the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands or Norway.
Is there life outside the summer?
Yes. Santa Pola, Alicante and Torrevieja have year-round populations and services open twelve months a year.
Can I rent the property out when I’m not using it?
In many developments yes, although it depends on local tourist rental rules and the community statutes. We check before you reserve.
Are there golf courses near the coast?
