Do I have to play golf to buy on a resort?
No. Many owners choose these communities for the peace and quiet, the green spaces and the services. You only pay green fees if you play.
Are community fees higher on a golf resort?
It depends on the development and its shared facilities (pools, gardens, security). We give you an estimate for each community before you reserve.
Which resort is closest to the airport?
Font del Llop, about 20 minutes from Alicante-Elche airport. La Finca is about 35 minutes away and Dolores 25–30.
Are they far from the beach?
Not really: from La Finca or Dolores it is about 15 minutes to Guardamar, and from Font del Llop about 25 minutes to the beaches of Arenales or Urbanova.
Is a golf property a good rental investment?
Golfers rent outside the beach season, which extends occupancy. Returns depend on the tourist licence and management; we advise you on both.
